Absolutely! All of our programs are beginner-friendly and tailored to your starting point. We’ll guide you at a pace that’s safe, supportive, and effective.
How do I choose between group classes and personal training?
If you enjoy energy, teamwork, and motivation from others, Group Fitness is a great fit. Personal Training is the way to go if you want focused, personalized attention and a plan built just for you. Many of our clients choose a mix of both!
What happens during a mindset coaching session?
Mindset coaching focuses on helping you stay motivated, set clear goals, and build mental strength. Sessions include practical exercises and guidance to help you stay on track in the gym and life.
Do I need special equipment or experience to start boxing classes?
Not at all. We provide the basics, and Casey will guide you through everything, whether you’re throwing your first punch or refining your technique. Just bring comfortable workout clothes, and we’ll take care of the rest.
